Our Restaurant is now closed but we will continue to empower youth
From the bottom of our hearts, we at Agak Agak would like to thank you for believing and supporting us in what we do with the youth we work with, the food we serve at our restaurant and the vision we aim for; uplifting the F&B Industry and championing what is truly unique about Malaysian hospitality.

After a great 1.5 years of running the Agak Agak restaurant at Art Printing Works (APW) in Bangsar, it has been a pleasure being of service to diners that have come from near and far, serving signature dishes like our chili pate mee, duck hoisin sandwich and our in house favorite, the pulut hitam cheese tart. In the time that we've been open, we have worked with some amazing collaborators like Root Cellar KL, Dish by Ili, Milky Whey Cheese, Delectable by Su, Leadernomics and RIUH to name a few and have had the privilege of being of service to many organisations such as ThinkCity, Nandos, Tefal, Tesco, Buro24/7. More importantly, it allowed us to kick off our apprentice program and utilize the space as part of their development program. All of these would not have been possible without your support.

Having said that, we have decided to focus on training and development of the youth, to equip them with skills required within the industry, as well provide consultancy to entrepreneurs/organizations in need of guidance and assistance to run their own F&B businesses. Therefore after much deliberation, we wish to inform all our dear friends, customers and patrons that we will not be renewing our lease at APW and our restaurant will no longer be open to public come 30th December 2017.

Once again we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for your support with our first restaurant, and as a reminder. Happy 2018!

What Do We Do?

Our business is in Training and Development within service and kitchen operations of the hospitality relm. A portion of our profits is channeled back to the community as we do in house training and development for vulnerable youth from vulnerable backgrounds.
